That night a fire is seen in the upper floor of a Sechuan Gallery chinese restaurant where it's known people that are smuggled into the country are suspected of living.

Then back at Station The Big House when a call comes in. There is smoke showing at a high rise apartment building and both engine and truck units are dispatched.

This case is particularly challenging because the gentlemen is hard of hearing and does not want to go to the hospital. The crew stay with him for hours until his sugar is stablized.
