Deshawn Green ( Kountry Wayne) is caught up in a sexless marriage due to his run down housing situation with his wife and obnoxiously loud neighbors. Desperate to repair his relationship, Deshawn contacts a sleeze ball real estate guy who talks him into buying their dream home, which ironically ends up being haunted. Unfortunately, Deshawn meets and falls in love with a sexy, irresistible ghost.
