May 2018, King & Prince was Johnny's first major debut in four years, and they exploded onto the scene. There are over a half a million fan club members currently. However, what lies behind their spectacular debut? What emotions are these young men feeling, what are they battling with? And most of all, what are they striving for? We follow them for eight months as they fulfill their destinies.

King & Prince had a magnificent debut, but they all had large obstacles and bitter memories. The setbacks during their Jr. years, their distressing past, the reality they had to face behind their debut, and the feelings they kept bottled inside. These young men are overwhelmed by their past, impatience, and jealousy.

The six members have their first concert tour shortly after their debut. During rehearsal, two members clash over a trivial matter. Will they be able to come together again by the time of the show? Meanwhile, Nagase heads to Osaka where he spent his junior high years for a little rest and recuperation.

Their concert tour finally kicks off. Just three months after their debut, these newbies would play an unprecedented 21 shows in 5 cities. We give you an all access look. Additionally, each member shares their hopes for the future. What lies ahead of King & Prince's journey?

Behind the scenes of the magnificent concert tour. This is the first in a series that will shine a spotlight on four newbie staff members in stage management, special effects, sound, and special props. They may be new, but they are expected to do a professional's job. We watch as they struggle and learn their craft.

The special effects staff member went into this field after a friend took her to a concert and was dazzled by the special effects. She takes on her work with her hopes and dreams, but an accident occurs that could jeopardize everything. With one day until the arena tour, we watch as things heat up behind the scenes.

There is a mishap as they begin final rehearsals. The miniature mic placed inside the tap shoes have become disconnected. The sound specialist works to remedy the situation. As they battle with a general sense of uneasiness, the first day of the concert finally arrives. Will these four young people be able to get through the show without any more mishaps?

The arena tour begins. They have come against countless walls before the curtains were even drawn. As they were being crushed by anxiety and pressure, the four staff members do their jobs and the concert progresses without incident. After everything they learned these past two months of the tour, they get ready for the next dome show.

KAT-TUN returns after a two year period of recharging. The group debuted in 2006 and sold out the Tokyo Dome. However, the initial six member group was down to three. The remaining members decided to take this two year recharge period for the good of the group. Why did the three of them choose to continue as KAT-TUN while facing such a cruel fate?

After their recharge period, they were set to perform a comeback show. While each member of KAT-TUN are unique, they all had in common their wish to put on a passionate performance for the audience. The day of the show, we watch as the three nervously wait backstage. What will they showcase on their comeback stage?

Behind their comeback show, work was underway with their new album. They have several meetings regarding the direction for the new KAT-TUN. We follow each member closely. Kamenashi focuses on a commercial shoot, Ueda shares his love of boxing, and Nakamaru learns about craftsmanship from a world-renowned game designer.

Meetings began for their first national tour in four years on the heels of their new album CAST. The three members discuss their ideas. Their enthusiasm extends to each of their solo parts as well. The three members decide to perform a session with the music equipment. As we come to the first day, what will the group show on stage. In 2018, NEWS would celebrate their 15 year anniversary milestone. We follow the group as they put on their anniversary concert at Tokyo's Ajinomoto Stadium in August followed by a dome tour spanning from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, the fashion loving member Takahisa Masuda takes on costume production, and we ask him about his feelings.

We follow each individual members. We observe Shigeaki Kato's writing process as he is a part-time author as well. Keiichiro Koyama learns from his hero Yoshihiko Inohara from V6. Inohara helps Koyama work on his emceeing skills. Yuya Tegoshi visits his old soccer-driven school where he has an unexpected reunion.

New Year's Eve, 2018. It's NEWS first solo countdown concert. The members share their ideas and make preparations. They sing their song Ikiro (Live) as a testament of their 15 years together. This soulful track proved the four members were prepared to continue living for the future.

We take a look back on King & Prince's magnificent debut year which saw their debut single Cinderella Girl become a major hit with over 570,000 copies sold, as well as their appearance on the year end Kohaku Uta Gassen TV event. They have a promising career ahead of them. During breaks in their starring stage performance, each member shares their thoughts about the group and their gratitude.

Kansai Johnny's Jr. are a group of young idols based in Kansai on the cusp of their major debuts. There are more than 50 members ranging from grade school to those in their 20s, but they're like one big family. Naniwa Danshi kicks things up a notch by being the first unit in four years to emerge in Kansai. We watch as they rehearse for their big Christmas show in the legendary Shochikuza theater.

Naniwa Danshi were invited to perform an original song at their seniors KanJani8's Kyocera Dome Osaka concert in November 2018. We watch as they nervously wait backstage, and see the relief and excitement after they finish singing.

Kansai Johnny's Jr. will play 35 shows of their Christmas concert at the Osaka Shochikuza Theater. Kazuya Ohashi's beautiful soprano voice would take on the solo at the top of the show. Also, an incident that occurred halfway through the show would test the strength of the group. They had worked together like family up until then. What could have happened?

Ryuta Muro and Koji Mukai have led Kansai Johnny's Jr. for years, but this New Year's concert would be their last time on stage as members of Kansai Johnny's Jr. as they look to take on new opportunities. It was time to say goodbye to old friends. Will they all be able to shine on stage together?

Hideaki Takizawa produced and starred in the entertainment spectacular, Takizawa Kabuki, and Johnny's Jr. popular unit Snow Man were selected to take over. The group possesses great physical abilities, but will they be able to continue on the tradition Takizawa set forth and create a new kind of Takizawa Kabuki?

Three new members would join the originally six-member unit Snow Man. The new additions were Koji Mukai, Ren Meguro, and Raul. After watching Mukai practicing on his own to catch up to their high-level of dancing, the other members join in. We watch as they spend what limited time they have until opening day to come together and train.

As opening day approaches, the training intensifies. The heart of the group Sakuma raises his voice during practice. He tells his juniors who seem to lack a sense of urgency that their performance wasn't worthy of an audience. Behind his harsh criticism was his desire to move and entertain the entire audience.

After a month of intense training, they enter the final rehearsal at the Kyoto Shijo Minami-za theater. During rehearsal, the member Hikaru Iwamoto takes a wrong step off a ladder and hurts his shin. Will he be able to overcome this last minute setback and stand on stage as the star?
