In the New England town of Dunwich, a priest hangs himself in a cemetery and opens the gates of hell allowing the dead to rise from their graves. Peter, a reporter, teams up with Mary, a psychic, as they race to close the gates. They soon travel to the town of Dunwich as they try to find a way to close the gates before ‘All Saints Day’ or the dead will rise all over the world.
