AFL greats Big Dipper, Sam Newman and Billy Brownless join with the team to embark on a challenge with a cause: overhauling an EJ Holden for the EJ Whitten Foundation.

Sam commits the crew to restoring an HR Holden she wants to drive from Melbourne to Darwin in the charity Variety Bash. With only three weeks to get the car ready, Dec must ensure that the car can handle the roads and wildlife of Outback Australia.

All eyes are on a 1939 Chrysler Royal as it arrives out of storage to Resto's and Rods garage. The Chrysler undergoes a surprise transformation for a client, and is literally given the Royal Treatment for its 80th birthday.

Pete loved to drive his beloved XW to his grandmother's, and wander the country roads sharing with her his dreams of having the car restored. When she passed away, she left Pete two things: a bundle of cash and strict instructions to realize those dreams.

An insurance company asks Dec and the team to build a custom 1968 Ford Mustang for a car show, but only gives them 10 weeks to do it. In the middle of the build, the team heads to SEMA in Las Vegas, Nevada, and comes back to more work than they expected.

Actor Andrew Daddo wants the coolest ride on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Dec has some of his own ideas, and keeps Andrew in the dark until the car is revealed in the Stars and Their Cars exhibition. Plus, Dec and Chip Foose hang out and talk Aussie cars.
