Gordon Behind Bars

Gordon arrives at Brixton Prison in South London and it's packed with drug dealers, burglars, muggers and thieves. Gordon needs to pick 12 reprobates to form a dependable team for his Bad Boys Brigade business, but none of them can even scramble an egg.

Gordon has to trust the prisoners with sharp knives in order for them to be able to cook. He develops a lemon curd treacle tart for production, and for the first time, Bad Boys Bakery bread and cakes are sold to the general public in a pop-up shop.

Gordon comes up with a lemon treacle slice, aiming to get it into a major coffee shop chain. He invites big players from the coffee shop industry into the prison to sample the goods, hoping someone will be interested in his prison-made product.

Gordon persuades Caffe Nero to stock the Bad Boys Bakery's lemon curd treacle slice for a showcase week. Finally, Gordon gets political powers to the Bad Boys Bakery for a spot of lunch, hoping to get the vital financial backing it needs to continue.
