16-year-old Esmee is wild about horses but her grandmother is totally against horse riding. After escaping a fire at his stables, Silverstar and Esmee find each other and the two form a special bond. Esmee senses something isn't right at the stables, but nobody will listen to her. To save Silverstar, she sees no alternative but to run away with the horse.
