The North Country Trail is America's Longest National Scenic Trail at 4,700 miles long. Michigan's Upper Peninsula contains 550 miles of the most remote parts of this trail. To get the full Upper Peninsula experience Alex broke his hike up into sections and hiked across the UP in summer, fall, and winter.
