Randy Quaid stars in this quirky comedy as a psychotic taxi driver who takes a young man (Frank Whaley) on a tour of New York City's ethnc districts, encompassing everything from Chinese restaurants to voodoo rituals, whilst he tries to figure out how to dispose of his date's dead dog!
