Local bullies dare the kids them to go into the old abandoned Hillhurst House.

The three kids unleash Flabber from his organ, and are each granted one wish.

Trip and Van learn that everyone knows they were too scared to go into the Hillhurst House, so they have a wrecking crew tear it down. Flabber sees the wreckers and enlists the house monsters to help protect the house. When Jara summons Magnavor jet fighters from the comic book to attack Hillhurst, the kids transform and use their vehicles for the first time to ward off the attack. Now the bad guys know that the kids are the BeetleBorgs.

Van and Trip hire a phasm hunter this time to take out Flabber.

Flabber's handkerchief is discovered to be a treasure map.

Wolfgang appears in town, and the Magnavores try to bring him towards their side.

The kids help Flabber celebrate Christmas for the first time.

A moviemaker wants to use Hillhurst to film a horror movie.

Roland is having trouble performing his magic tricks, so Flabber agrees to lend him a book of magic words. When Roland loses the book, Trip and Van find it and accidentally conjure up a Magnavor who steals the book from them. Roland had made Jo invisible earlier and doesn't know how to restore her. Jo decides to use her haunting appearance to scare the Magnavors, get the book back, send the monsters back to the comics and, finally, to get visible again.

Nano finds an amulet which causes all who see it to become slaves to the holder.

The Magnavores want to sabotage a train station.

Drew gets his DNA altered with that of a cat monster.

Drew wishes to get an amulet from a comic book for Heather he has a crush on.

A Magnavore spy known as Monsterella is sent to Hillhurst to go undercover as a maid.

Jo is turned into a Mr. Hyde-like monster by a Magnavore chemical.

The star quarterback of University of Notre Dame gets amnesia and winds up in the Hillhurst attic.

Drew and Jo's cousin Oliver shows up in town.

Two bank robbers attempt to hide in Hillhurst, but Flabber gives them a taste of his own justice.

The rock band Torpedo try practicing new tunes in Hillhurst and get an unexpected inspiration.

The Beetleborgs go to a comic book convention where Beetleborgs creator will be making an appearance.

When Drew, Jo and Roland show up at Hillhurst on Halloween as trick-or-treaters, Frankenbeans is so intrigued with the notion that he sneaks out to explore. Jara, Noxic and Typhus kidnap him and send Flabber a ransom note demanding the BeetleBorgs' Beetle Bonders in exchange for the house monster. The kids find Frankenbeans and return him to Hillhurst - his Halloween adventure having been full of more tricks than treats.

Flabber creates an intelligent plant for the kids to use in their science project.

Frankenbeans' creator Dr. Baron Von Frankenbeans visits Hillhurst and tries to "fix" Frankenbeans' friend.

Aliens arrive at Hillhurst and disguise themselves as reporters to interview the monsters.
