Four cars are set on fire in the parking lot of the Anne Frank School. The situation is untenable; if it continues, the school could be closed. In desperation, Ester, the headmistress, turns to Hugo, a peculiar teacher.

Hugo has to identify the group of nine students whom he considers responsible for all the problems of the school. In order to apply his method, he needs to convince the parents of the boys and girls to sign the authorization.

The first step in treating a disease is to make a good diagnosis. That's why the first HIT class consists of locking the kids in the gym and having them start to accept themselves, to get to know each other.

The academic year is coming to an end and exams are approaching. The boys start to study, but not all of them manage to focus. Jaco sees no hope of passing the exams and decides not to take them.
