The picturesque Missouri River in Montana is the home of some of the best trout fishing the United States has to offer. Set against the backdrop of nearby mountains and bluffs, the beautiful river is home to both rainbow and the coveted German Brown trout that cause sportsman like Ray Van Horn to spend days of travel quest of catching these beautiful fish.

Scott Martin, son of legendary professional fisherman Roland Martin knows his home lake of Okeechobee like the back of his hand, having spent his entire life cutting his teeth in bass fishing on this big bass factory. Ray journeys to Clewiston, Florida to team up with Scott to learn the ins and outs of fishing on the majestic Lake Okeechobee.

One of the largest land-locked lakes in the US, Lake Okeechobee is known as a big bass factory having a growing season for bass that lasts all year long. Ray and fellow professional angler Eric Olson try to uncover the secrets of this large freshwater lake that it the beginning of the Florida Everglades.

The Florida Everglades are both beautiful and mysterious. It takes a seasoned angler to explore all the pockets and backwaters that exist in this formidable maze of mangroves. Ray has spent most of his adult life exploring this vast area that he now calls home. Snook, trout, and a myriad of other game fish prowl these waters. Ray sets out to chase one of his favorites: TROPHY SNOOK.

The St. Joseph sound region of the Clearwater, Florida area is known as one of the premier areas for speckled sea trout. Host Ray Van Horn honed his skills, having grown up fishing this area. Close friend, Doug Morris has fished this region extensively over the past few years. Together, Ray and Doug explore the waters of the St. Joseph Sound area for sea trout.

The picturesque Florida Keys near Islamorada are not only beautiful, but home to almost any type of inshore species a fisherman could dream of. This area is known as 'Disney Land' for saltwater fisherman. Ray, with his guest Jim Dalrymple fish this area for whatever species happens along for a mixed bag of inshore species.

Ray Van Horn and guest Mike Mol have a friendship that spans years. Both love to fish the winding passages of the Florida Everglades in the area of Chokoloskee. One of Ray's favorite targets is the hard-fighting Snook.
