A story about prohibition

On October 3rd, 2016, Eric Sepulveda is arrested in the province of Cordoba, Argentina, for possession of cannabis oil. He is transferred from the police department to a maximum-security prison. He could be sentenced up to fifteen years of prison in Buenos Aires, the journalist Martin Armada gets involved with the case. What is happening in countries that have chosen an alternative model?
