Fred plans to make Dino more self-assertive by using a special motivational recording. But his plan backfires when Dino falls asleep and Cavemouse absorbs the recording's teachings. Once again, Fred and Dino have a difficult time with the mischievous mouse.

Mr. Slate orders Fred and Barney to assemble his new "Aerosubmabus" to enter in the Great Bedrock Air Race. The two friends compete against Shmoo, Frankenstone, Captain Cavey and a few of the local villains in a daring and hazardous race. Seeking shelter from a storm, Pebbles, Dino and Bamm-Bamm discover the lair of the Spider Woman and her strange "pets." The three friends are terrified until the Spider Woman reassures them that the giant creatures are harmless. They happily return home with another wild adventure behind them.

Softhearted Dino frees Cavemouse from a locked box so that the rodent can enjoy a romantic evening with his girlfriend. Later, Dino unhappily realizes that the love match could result in an abundance of mice offspring!

While patrolling Bedrock Park, Fred and Barney have their motorcycle stolen. Summoning Captain Caveman and the Shmoo, the two patrolmen get their bike back and uncover a gang of car thieves.

Fred and Frank's initiation rites into the Mastodon Lodge challenge them into playing the wildest, outrageous practical jokes on each other. They nearly destroy Bedrock before being accepted into the brotherhood of the lodge.

Stormfront and Weathergirl attack the Bedrock Labs, planning to use the labs' secrets to control the earth's weather. Fortunately, Captain Caveman thwarts the villains and sends them to jail.

On Halloween, Dino receives more tricks than treats. Fred comforts him by offering to play some relaxing music, but the mischievous Cavemouse substitutes a recording of howling monsters, causing Dino and Fred to cower beneath the bedcovers for the rest of the night.

A visit to a health spa turns into a nightmare for Fred when he endures a vigorous massage and a workout at the gym. When he attempts to escape into an adjoining building, he discovers that it's a prison and is grabbed by the guards. After Wilma identifies Fred, he returns to the spa's sympathetic, but energetic masseuse for further "treatment."

Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm rush to save Dino from the clutches of an awesome concrete-eating gatorsaurus. Their heroics lead to the capture of Bullrock Dozerstone, who created the mechanical creature to break into the Bedrock Bank.

Fred takes Dino skiing and, naturally, Cavemouse accompanies them. After the mouse eats their lunch, he complicates matters on the ski slopes and lures poor Dino onto thin ice. But the goodhearted mouse saves the unfortunate pet and all three happily return home.

Fred and Barney jump into their dune buggy to stop Rockjaw from eating the pier. The problem is solved when the furry creature climbs aboard a garbage scow, where he appeases his appetite and city officials with his cleanup abilities.

The Flintstones and the Frankenstones engage in more wacky antics than usual in their efforts to win the coveted First Family of Bedrock award.
