Crikey It's the Irwins: Robert to the Rescue

It's always a sign of a good zoo when animals are trying to get in. During Robert's morning patrol of Australia Zoo, he finds a rogue carpet python trying to sneak its way in.

On his way to rescue a scrub turkey, Robert comes across an injured monitor stranded in the road. The lizard got a pretty bad knock to the head and is slow to move. This lace monitor must have been hit by a car!

After a successful stay at the rescue unit at Australia Zoo, Lily the koala is ready to return to the wild. This is a special case though; Lily has a little joey on board! Thanks to the rescue team's efforts, two lives have been saved.

Gotham the microbat hasn't moved from his roosting place on the screen door of a home in Australia. It's time for the rescue unit to conduct a little investigation to find out why this tiny mammal has chosen not to fly off with his friends.

Robert and the reptile crew must revisit Fred the alligator snapping turtle a year after his initial overgrown nail treatment. After last year's efforts, including a preventative measure added to his enclosure, hopes are high.
