As the teachers return from summer break, Ms. Watson tries an ultra-premium online dating service and Ms. Snap learns that she's been given the worst group of kids in school. Mrs. Adler is assigned to a mobile classroom.

There's a trespasser at Fillmore and a new security guard is hired. Ms. Snap and Ms. Bennigan hold a "Women Empowering Women" workshop, Mrs. Adler takes stranger danger too far, and Ms. Watson purchases a male safety dummy.

Mrs. Adler and her husband move into a tiny house. When Ms. Cannon's homemade jewelry shop fails, Ms. Watson and Ms. Snap try to boost her morale. Ms. Feldman fakes a lesson and Ms. Bennigan struggles with a student.

Ms. Bennigan learns Hot Dad's son has to repeat second grade. Ms. Snap brings her dog to school as a therapy dog. When Ms. Feldman has to teach her students Common Core, she discovers it's more complicated than she thought.

Ms. Snap decides to run for School Council and is thrown into a world of double standards. While Ms. Bennigan, Mrs. Adler, Ms. Feldman, and Ms. Cannon help with the campaign, Ms. Watson takes longer to get on board.

Ms. Feldman can't make ends meet on her salary and takes a second job. Ms. Watson notices a romantic spark between two of her second grade students. The Teachers take advantage of Principal Pearson.

Ms. Snap struggles with the idea of turning thirty-one and tries to regain her youth. Ms. Bennigan offers to babysit Blake for Hot Dad. The Teachers deal with every teacher's nightmare when the copier breaks down.

When a tornado touches down near Fillmore, procedures go out the window as the teachers panic. Horrified by their negligence, Principal Pearson puts the teachers on probation until they complete a team-building course.

Mrs. Adler has to coach Fillmore's kickball team and is surprised to see a group of overly-confident dweebs show up. Principal Pearson reviews security footage and discovers the Teachers' skeletons in the janitor's closet.

In this special musical episode, Ms. Snap changes the school lunch menu and Ms. Feldman starts an underground junk food ring. Hot Dad volunteers for lunch duty and Ms. Bennigan works up the nerve to ask him out on a real date.

Ms. Bennigan is worried that Hot Dad is back together with his ex-wife. Meanwhile, Ms. Snap uses the school dance to impress a famous radio host.

Principal Pearson insists the teachers quarantine students who opt out of taking standardized tests; Ms. Watson thinks her new student may be her daughter via egg donation.

Ms. Feldman starts dating the school's anti-drug officer (Andy Daly), despite her marijuana habit; Mrs. Adler attempts to quit smoking, and Ms. Watson becomes a bingo addict.

Everyone's in the Halloween spirit at Fillmore; Ms. Watson has a sex dream about Principal Pearson, and with the Wi-Fi out, Ms. Snap must brave the "haunted" library.

Ms. Bennigan finally lands a date with Hot Dad but also gets chicken pox; Ms. Snap must confront her gender bias, and Mrs. Adler worries she's too much like a dude.

Ms. Snap and Ms. Bennigan pressure a colleague to stop using her breast pump in the teacher's lounge; a prodigy in Ms. Cannon's class gives her reputation an unexpected boost.

Ms. Bennigan and Hot Dad attempt to go out without Ms. Snap, which proves harder than expected; Mrs. Adler and Ms. Feldman try to sniff out who is pooping in the hallways.

Ms. Snap spreads the news after the fire marshal (Jeff Ross) calls her a hero for discovering asbestos in Mrs. Adler's room, leaving Mrs. Adler with subpar working conditions.

Ms. Snap is convinced she's won a prestigious teaching award, thanks to Ms. Feldman's April Fools' Day prank; Ms. Watson shocks everyone by dating Principal Pearson.

After Mrs. Adler announces she's pregnant, we're taken back in time to the 1940s, where the women of Fillmore fight for better treatment at work.
