A "Cubby the Cop" movie promotion stunt goes wrong, unleashing a humongous inflatable Cubby balloon on the city. Lieutenant Duke DeTain is the first officer on the scene but will he be able to take down his childhood hero. "The Kids Are Watching!"

Fire Chief Freya McCloud buys a malfunctioning Twirly Hat for her nephew's birthday, that sends him flying around the City. Now she and her fire team must rescue Billy, who is having a great time completely unaware of the danger he's in.

Police Chief Wheeler announces the formation of the 64 billion dollar Sky Police, headed by Sgt. Sam Grizzled, who is days away from his retirement and just wants to survive his overeager partner, Rooky Partnur. Grizzled thinks there is no crime in the sky until they pull over a commercial airliner where Rooky discovers three wanted criminals on board.

Uptight police captain, Tom Bennett, gets a call that his wife has gone into labor early and is forced to fight his OCD in a bid to rush across the city to the hospital. Everything that can go wrong does, as the city seems to conspire against him.

Sanitation worker, Shirley Keeper, educates local residents on how to take care of their City.

An off-screen narrator, narrates a day in the life of Harl Hubbs, the helpful handyman who always over delivers. Harl's day takes a turn for the worse when he inadvertently finds himself inside a burning whip cream factor while working on ROAST3, a fire fighting robot.

It's the annual holiday "Hands Off Day!" where the entire city doesn't use their hands for anything. Tippy Dorman, the doorman, thinks it's a ridiculous holiday and takes it upon himself to be the hands of the city, helping everyone and anyone go about their day. Caught up in the moment Tippy inadvertently helps a group of bank robbers open a high security

Fendrich and Sinclair compete to win the City's tallest building contest.

Teenage superstar, Poppy Starr, visits her grandfather, Sam Grizzled of Sky Police, and wants to do something important to impress him. She decides to try and save a run down magic shop that her grandfather used to frequent in his youth. In the process of promoting the Magic shop, the police uncover a criminal ring of criminals doing criminal things.

Billy and Madison lose a toy inside a creepy looking house, and are about to go in when people start telling them scary stories about what lives inside; Shirley Keeper tells them about The Trash Monster, Officer DeTain tells them about a Vampire Bat Cop, and Freya tells them of a Werewolf Firefighter. IS there really something scary inside the house?

Mayor Fleck and Carol Yea work late to come up with a strategy to get the City behind an upcoming Mars launch, but when Carol's daughter Madison is thrown into the mix, all manner of strange events begin to happen. Soon the fire department are called in to tame leopards, wild trapeze artists, unruly pirates, and put out a stupendous inferno.

Preparing to go to space is a blast, especially when it's televised! Extreme Sports TV host Dynamo is in the City broadcasting the competition to see who is going to Mars. But a surprise contestant and a little bit of mystery makes figuring out who will be the lucky winner anyone's guess.

It's Christmas Eve and Officer Duke DeTain is the only cop on patrol without a partner. Duke is alerted to a burglary in progress and meets the least likely partner of all. SANTA! Together the two go on buddy cop adventure the two will never forget.

A Master Criminal dabbles in real estate. Meanwhile Officer Duke DeTain and sanitation worker Shirley Keeper are on the hunt to discover the mystery identity of the Master Criminal.

Sanitation worker, Shirley Keeper loves her city, and wants to help the residents take care of it. The difficulty is getting people to listen to her talk about garbage when countless distractions lurk around every corner. After a few failed attempts Shirley finds an unexpected solution to hold the attention of the citizens.

It's the day of the big rocket launch, and the entire city has Mars/launch fever! But not everyone is excited for the right reasons. With the launch in jeopardy the astronauts race against time to ensure a timely lift off and the survival of the crew.

Astronauts reach Mars orbit and prepare to launch their probes while Tippy Dorman puts his own plans into motion to secure a large Mars Rock that looks remarkably like a door.

Harl attempts to prevent Tippy from bringing the "Mars Door" back to Earth and accidentally sends it hurtling towards the Totally-Dynamite Dynamite and Totaling Factory which has enough explosives in it to destroy the city. Now Mayor Fleck and the rest of the city must work together to find a way to save their beloved city - from a door, that's really just a big rock.

Tippy Dorman, disgraced doorman of the city, faces the trial of the century after his attempt to take over the world. He soon finds himself on the run and finds solace in an unlikely partner.
