In this sequel to the 1987 cult classic, Magneta Faze is brought back into duty for a new mission. A mysterious chemical is hidden inside of a Russian nuclear reactor site and the Russians are using the reactor as a cover for their experiments: the chemical is being used to create an army of super invincible, nuclear-powered robo ninja killers.
