The Yorkshire Vet

A frog called Kermit has a very delicate problem at his rear end. But he's so slipper and jumpy, it's Matt who's feeling like the muppet. Julian operates on a cat who has a strange lump he says 'looks like it's come from a different planet'. Two of Peter's farming friends head to the practice with a ewe who's struggling to give birth to large twin lambs.

Matt performs al fresco surgery on a heifer, who has a huge lump that's growing at a fast rate. Peter helps a young vet perform emergency surgery on a sick spaniel, who they suspect has eaten something she shouldn't have. Rohin is shocked by a Siamese cat's sizeable problem. On a glorious bank holiday weekend, Julian's family barbecue is interrupted by a horse with suspected colic.

It's all hands on deck as Shona tries to deliver a cow called Tinkerbell's calf. But Tinkerbell isn't very fairy like - and her kicking doesn't make it easy for Shona and the team to get to work. Julian's also trying to bring new life into the world, but it's not your everyday job.

A freak accident leaves a young Irish Wolfhound stuck in a tiny gap between two walls. With her owner terrified, Rohin races to the scene, where he has to work out if she's badly injured as well as how to get her out - Yorkshire builders may be needed as well as a Yorkshire Vet.

David and Rohin team up to try and save a cow and her unborn calf. The cow's uterus is twisted, and David is fearing the worst. But when he sees a glimmer of hope, there's a big decision to make. Julian's shocked when he finds a ping pong ball sized lump inside a shar-pei cross's mouth.

Peter battles to save a ewe and her unborn triplets. Julian and Anne attempt to cure a black Lab's chronic skin problems with pioneering new light therapy. David's called out to see a calf with an infected, swollen navel, which requires potentially life saving surgery.

Peter fears a poorly cat with a mysterious wound has been bitten by a snake. Matt performs an emergency C- Section on one of Cannon Hall Farm's pygmy goats. Shona helps a newborn calf who's struggling to stand up.

A cow with a newborn calf is struggling to walk because of an infected toe. So, despite heavy rain falling, Shona has to perform outdoor surgery. A poorly Lhasa Apso puppy is deteriorating rapidly and, suspecting she has eaten something she shouldn't have, Matt rushes her into theatre.

A cow has pushed out its uterus after giving birth. And with gravity working against Rohin, he has to call in the heavy machinery to get the cow in best position to save her. Peter operates on a barn owl who has been rescued with a badly damaged wing.
