At the peak of the Cold War, Dag Hammarskjöld, is at the pinnacle of his power, serving his seventh year as Secretary-General of the UN. After decolonisation, he takes it upon himself to bring peace to the African countries, thwarting plans of world leaders to further exploit resources.
