Returning from the army Tom finds himself in charge of his grandma's bed & breakfast. After a noise complaint police officer Nancy stops by and sparks between the two fly immediately. But Tom's bitter ex is now the town's mayor and wants to force the sale of the property to make way for a mall. Nancy and Tom go to every extreme to keep the Bed and Breakfast alive.
