Dr. Bill Cortner is hell-bent on advancing his surgical procedure for the transplantation of body parts and organs. He has even developed a special formula that overcomes the usual problems associated with this area of surgery. What the world at large doesn't know is that he has been conducting some infamous experiments of the procedure in his private country home - with horrifying results.
