Call Me Kuchu follows the lives of Ugandan LGBT activists and their fight against the legislation of a bill that threatens to make homosexuality punishable by death. Gay rights activist David Kato, the first openly gay man in the country, tries to do whatever he can to defeat the bill and protect the LGBT community. After his tragic murder, the international human rights community joins the fray.
