Gary hunts with Bill Valentine at a Central Oregon preserve for Pheasants then brings the feathers to local fly shop owner, Peter Bowers, to tie up some flies for a rainbow trout fishing trip on the Crooked River.

Gary helps a local friend, Dave Jones, realize his dream of hunting with a shotgun that was given to him by his Grandfather years ago. After some sporting clay lessons from Spencer Tabor, they head to a Chukar hunt with Gene Adams to put his skills to test.

Gary travels to Klamath Falls, Oregon, the heart of the Pacific Flyway, to hunt for Snow and Specklebelly Geese with Darren Roe of Roe Outfitters during a special spring hunt. Then Outdoor Chef Kurt prepares goose fit for a King.

Central Oregon produces some monster trout! Join Gary as he travels to four different hog producing bodies of water. Species include Rainbows, Bull Trout and Mackinaw.

Gary travels to the Columbia River with Kristy Titus in search of oversize Sturgeon. Steve Leonard of Steve's Guided Adventures gets Gary and Kristy into these prehistoric giants, but can they get them to the boat?

Gary joins a group of retired Bull Riders to match up against The Pine Mountain Posse for some exciting Cowboy Shooting competition at the Central Oregon Shooting Sports Association gun range. Chef Kurt cooks up a Cowboy lunch.

Gary fishes for Bull Trout stripping flies on Lake Billy Chinook along with Brett Dennis of Stillwater Guide service and Gary's young friend Paxton Eicher.

Gary travels to Grass Valley, Oregon, for a black powder pheasant hunt with Wild Winds Ranch owner, Jeff DuPont. Incredible English Pointer dog work and some great smoked pheasant prepared by Outdoor Chef Kurt.

Gary takes his daughter, Tiffany, to the Painted Hills of Central Oregon for some private lake trout fly fishing with guide Jeff Perrin of Fly Fisher Place. Incredible scenery and history include the tiny town of Mitchell, home to a famous bear you can up close and personal with.

Join Gary as he travels from Crater Lake, the mouth of the Rogue River, down stream to Cole Rivers Hatchery where hatchery manager, David Peace, shows Gary the process of producing and managing 1.6 million Spring Chinook Salmon. After, they head down the river in a drift boat bouncing roe for these Kings of the river. Outdoor Chef Kurt prepares salmon.

Gary travels to Redding, California, in search of wild domestic Boar with guides Perry Cremeans and Tom McCloskey of Just for Hunting Guide Service. Outdoor Chef Kurt smokes Pork Chops.
