Gauteng based childhood friends Kb and Nadia have spoken a good game during the previous Instant Restaurants giving critical reviews and sharing interesting food stories.

Good friends, Izak and Wessel gather their guests for the 10th and last Instant Restaurant of MKR Season 3. The sophisticated Cape Town Boys take the judges and their fellow contestants on an unexpected, yet refined culinary journey.

In Episode 11 of My Kitchen Rules, 8 teams go head-to-head in two very tricky challenges where coffee is the hero ingredient. Savoury or sweet - this is no time to take a break as 1 team in each group is going home!

There's heated action in Episode 12 when we go back to basics and teams have to cook with fire. 6 teams start, only 3 will finish in this nail biting 3 course sudden death cook off.

In Episode 13, the My Kitchen Rules Season 3 final, 3 teams cook to their strength in a last bid to be crowned champions and the winners of 1 million rand.
