Akari Akaza entra a secundaria y decide unirse al Club de Entretenimiento junto a sus amigas Kyoko Toshino y Yui Funami. A ellas se une Chinatsu Yoshikawa, quien quería unirse al difunto club de la ceremonia del té pero la convencen para unirse al Club de Entretenimiento. Cuando se dan cuenta de que Akari no llama la atención, las chicas intentan mejorar su personalidad.

Una visita de una estudiante de primero inspira a Kyoko a dibujar un doujin sobre ella y Yui, a lo que Chinatsu responde con su propia historia, la cual tiene un estilo bastante... terrorífico.

El April's Fool llega y Chitose decide jugar a las mentiras con Ayano, que al final descubre que todas las supuestas mentiras eran verdad. Poco después, Kyoko intenta llamar la atención de Chitose para descubrir que en realidad es su hermana gemela, Chizuru, que no es precisamente muy amable con Kyoko.

Kyoko, Yui, Ayano y Chitose se van a un viaje escolar a Kyoto, donde exploran el pueblo, se bañan juntas y tienen una pelea de almohadas.

Akari, Kyoko y Yui recuerdan sus días de infancia cuando una chica de pelo rosa se metía con ellas. Un golpe en la cabeza hace que Kyoko se vuelva muy educada, pero el resto comienza a echar de menos a la vieja Kyoko, así que intentan darle otro golpe en la cabeza para que vuelva a la normalidad.
