Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai is a romantic drama which portrays the strange but dramatic meeting of two strangers from Mumbai and Pune. As the girl goes all the way from Mumbai to meet the boy in Pune just to reject him, she meets a strange boy who spends some time with her. Unknown about his identity, she gets close to him but fails to connect with the suitor. Will the stranger turn out to be the suitor?
