The masked Lone Ranger and his companion Tonto uncover a sinister plot by greedy rancher Reese Kilgore: he disguises his men as Native Americans to spark a war with ranchers and steal control of silver-rich Spirit Mountain, located on tribal land. To prevent this conflict, the Lone Ranger exposes Kilgore's scheme, but a tribal power struggle also threatens peace.
