Kelly's boyfriend Riq fights to survive in the outside world. As the housemates come to terms with their horrifying predicament, producer Patrick finds himself trapped in a room with an idiot.

As Kelly and Marky hunt for medical supplies, the situation in the Big Brother house takes a sudden turn for the worse. Meanwhile, Patrick does something to appall Pippa.

Patrick and Pippa make a desperate bid for freedom. Riq and Alex face unimaginable peril. Joplin thinks he's worked out what's happening. And the undead are still arriving.

Spectacular finale. As huge numbers of undead gather at the studio gates, Patrick, Kelly and the housemates are forced to make some agonizing decisions. Who will survive - and what will be left of them?
