An ailing African dictator (James Earl Jones) charged with crimes against humanity arrives at the hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) wants to end a feud with a neighbor, but a prying House (Hugh Laurie) gets in the way.

A teen (Tanner Maguire) has unexplained stomach pain, and his rich father (Lee Tergesen) believes that the cause is karmic payback for his business success. Meanwhile, Foreman (Omar Epps) and Chase (Jesse Spencer) prepare to present information on a patient they have been treating.

A hard-living police detective doesn't have any symptoms of heart disease, but that's what killed his father, grandfather and great-grandfather---all at age 40. Meanwhile, the African-dictator case still haunts Chase (Jesse Spencer); and House (Hugh Laurie) faces ghosts of his own.

This unsettles the team, especially after House (Hugh Laurie) and Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) learn secrets from each other's pasts online.

House and team tries to diagnose a high school senior suffering from blackouts and hallucinations, and are forced to take a controversial approach. Meanwhile, Wilson attempts to furnish his new condo, and Taub brings his personal life into the workplace.

When the hospital goes into lockdown after a newborn disappears from the nursery, House (Hugh Laurie) and his team members must remain where they are. This gives them time to reflect on their pasts, their relationships and their regrets.

A woman (Eva Amurri) questions her ailing fiancé about a past relationship while House (Hugh Laurie) and his team try to diagnose him. Away from the hospital, House, Foreman (Omar Epps) and Chase (Jesse Spencer) pay homage to Gladys Knight and the Pips, karaoke-style.

House (Hugh Laurie) has a session with Dr. Nolan (Andre Braugher) and discusses the case of a woman (Zoe McLellan) who shows up at the hospital with an unknown illness and no memory of who she is.

Cuddy, House and members of the team join forces with a search-and-rescue team to provide much-needed medical attention at the scene of an emergency in the Season Finale.
