In part 1 of this 5 part documentary we get a comprehensive record of this iconic race compiled from thousands of hours of Archive Footage from the start in 1907 to 1950. Stanley Woods, 10 time TT Winner tells us about his racing career while reflecting on the stories of other famous riders.

Part 2 of 5 brings an in depth look into TT racing from 1950 to 1971 where sidecar racing racing was reintroduced and the arrival of the Japanese manufacturerers. First hand accounts of TT racing come from interviews with Bill Lomas. Ken Kavanagh, John Surtess, Giacomo Agostini and Mike Hailwood.

Part 3 of 5 gives us the return of Mike Hailwood to claim his 14th TT victory in 1979 and the emergeance of Joey Dunlop in the 80s. The 90's then solidified Joey Dunlop's dominance with his 21st win in 1996 while Phillip McCallen became the first racer to win 4 times in a week.

In Part 4 of 5 Honda celebrates their 40th Anniversary of racing at the TT in 1998. Joey Dunlop ushers in the new decade with his 26th win in 2000 but tragically dies in a racing event just four weeks after the TT race.

Part 5 of 5 begins with the celebration of the 100th year of racing at the Isle of Man TT. John McGuiness breaks the 130 mph lap speed record 50 years after Bob McIntyre broke the 100 mph barrier. The inaugural TTXGP race in 2009 gave us zero emission/electric bike racing which was then retitled TTZero in 2010 and John McGuiness edges closer to Joey Dunlop's record with 20 TT wins in 2013.
