As the snow melts in summer there's a plethora of rich produce and stunning green landscapes. Lyndey visits Wild Brumby Schnapps garden and distillery for a fiery tasting before she creates a heavenly apple cake.

Under the shadow of the grand chancellery at Armidale University, Lyndey cooks an Aussie classic, de-constructed Peach Melba. She then stops by at award-winning Milly Hill lamb; a family run business that is changing the face of sheep farming.

Autumn makes a stunning backdrop in the Adelaide Hills at Nepenthe where Lyndey goes Spanish with a tempting tapas plate to match three modern wines.

Lyndey arrives by chopper at Borrodell Orange's highest winery for the annual winter "gum-boot & truffle" hunt and dinner, creating one of the courses.

It's early morning hustle and bustle in the huge produce sheds at Flemington markets before a trip to sister market, Paddy's. Then it's off to designer store of new-age butcher, Victor Churchill.

It's all aboard the F.O.O.D train! [Food of the Orange District]. Lyndey prepares a breakfast treat then boards a special train in Sydney and as it winds its way across the plains to Orange interviews food producers on board.

Lyndey opens this Autumn show at the misty and magical Echo point as the Three Sisters smile from below. Logan Brae Apple Orchard is the home of delectable heritage apples and after sampling the apple juice.

This episode stars a variety of food and wine heroes. The McGuigan name is synonymous with the Hunter Valley and Lyndey visits Neil, a 4th generation winemaker to see what goes into being three times International Winemaker of the year.

With basket in hand, Lyndey plans her own farmgate tour, visiting Ulladulla Harbour for a prize catch; South Coast Providore for fresh produce and sweet treats; and fills her basket at a luscious berry farm.
