Tenants of a poverty-row apartment building, set for demolition, find themselves under siege by a cannibal cult and their preacher-like leader "The Woman". Her plan for them is clear, they WILL know pain and suffering before she kills them. With no escape, the tenants can only holdout before they are hunted down.
