Major Crimes captain Park Kang-yoon (Cho Jin-woong) receives special funding for his investigations and lives the life of luxury with fancy sedans and designer suits. By the book rookie Min-jae (Choi Woo-shik) joins his unit. The pair becomes close as they investigate a new type of street drug, but Kang-yoon finds out that there's a mole within his unit, who's been compiling a case against him.
