Lisa is ecstatic that Fersa is up for a small business award, but her now best friend, Jenna, warns her that the judge, Adam Wyatt, is a jerk. Wedding preparations are underway for Greg and Tanya, although Greg worries Tanya has unresolved feelings for her ex-husband, Bradley, who is now the proud owner of the revamped Dog and Dart pub.

Dan finally tells his mom that Charlie is cheating on her…again. At first, she takes it very well, but to his dismay he later finds her burning their lifetime memories. Meanwhile, Finn is up to his usual tricks, selling a crummy car to Liam, who turns out to be a gang member. The Fersa team heads to the small business awards.

Pauline resumes working at the Dog and Dart, Denise goes on a date with the judge against Lisa and Jenna’s advice, and Nana has a date of her own—which she drags Barry to, in case the man she met online is a serial killer. Finn and Ella embark on a mission to get the impounded car back, but little do they know that Liam and his pal Denty are watching them.

Lisa finds Roger a job at a call center, while Finn gets an unwelcome visit at the garage when Denty and Liam show up and demand the car—which Finn has burned. Tanya and Greg endure their hen and stag parties, which neither wants, but the big day looms large on the horizon.

After finding out Charlie is dead, Pauline breaks down and searches through the charred remains of the mementos she burned. Fergus starts to question the story that his ex-wife, Jane, has been telling him to explain why she needs to stay at his house. Finn gets drawn deeper and deeper into trouble with the gang to pay off his debt.

Lisa and Jenna take their fight against Adam Wyatt’s development plans to the press, despite their respective husbands’ disagreement. Dan struggles with how to help his mother through her grief, but Lisa gives Pauline exactly what she needs. Jane takes Fergus out for Indian food to the same restaurant where Denise is going on her first date with Ollie.

Ella has big news for Finn, but first he asks Bradley for help dealing with Denty. Roger gives Jane an ultimatum: she must tell Fergus the truth or leave. Jane’s choice becomes an eye opener for Fergus and a complication for Denise. Lisa and Jenna get trolled by students as they fight to save the park.

When Pauline goes to church with Barry and Nana, Lisa asks them to hand out “save the park” flyers there. But when Reverend Carrie sings the praises of Adam Wyatt, who is also in attendance, Barry tries an alternative method of distribution. After Cameron and Jenna reveal Ella’s news, Lisa throws a dinner party that unexpectedly helps Pauline overcome a setback.

When Denty tries to force Bradley to drive the getaway car in a bank robbery, Bradley turns to Cameron for help. At the protest, Pauline gets a dose of truth from Roger, and Roger gets a scolding from Denise, who wants to reunite Jane and Fergus.

At the park, tensions rise as bulldozers and a camera crew arrive, and Adam Wyatt tries to convince the crowd about the benefits of his building project. With Denty and his crew holding Ella hostage, Finn, Cameron, and Ollie form a plan to save her. When a car chase ensues, everything comes to a head.

Pauline and Barry plan some surprises for Lisa and Dans anniversary, but Lisa has a surprise of her own that could mean the Johnsons are leaving Mount Pleasant forever.
