Yuvaraju focuses on the lives of Srinivas (Mahesh Babu,) Srivalli (Sakshi Shivanand), Srilata (Simran). Srinivas and Srivalli meet at college, fall in love and decide to marry. Things take a drastic turn when Srilata, Srivalli's friend, turns up at the couple's engagement ceremony with her son, whom she claims is actually Srinivas's and hers.
