Azar Ki Ayegi Baraat

As Azar and Sila's at-odds families come together for their wedding, differences in tradition, culture and most importantly style create a storm. Written by Mohammed Ahmed and directed by Marina Khan, this comedy of errors about a big fat Pakistani wedding starring Hassan Niazi, Sarwat Gilani, Javed Sheikh, Bushra Ansari, Samina Ahmed & Saba Hameed, is part of Geo's hugely popular Baraat series.

As the wedding preparations are underway, Sila finds out about Azar's engagement with Dolly. Saima Chaudary is curious about the absence of Sila's father.

Sila persuades her father, Faraz to attend her wedding but Ana and Rabia are upset upon his arrival. At the mehendi event, grandmother asks for a family photo but Rabia chooses to leave.

When Rabia asks Sila to choose between her father or mother, she breaks down and cries. Azar is curious as Dolly begins to take interest in one of Sila's friend, Nabeel.

Insecurity makes its way into Sila's heart as she finds out about Azar's meetings with Dolly. Unable to live with Faraz under the same roof, Rabia decides to leave.

For the sake of Sila's happiness, Faraz and Rabia decides to part their ways after Sila's wedding. Sila overhears her parents conversation and questions her family.

An intrusion from an outsider upsets Sila and Rabia. Saima Chaudary is shocked to hear about her son Vicky's marriage.

On the wedding day, Azar meets Sila and assures her that everyone loves her. After witnessing change in Faraz's behaviour, Rabia forgives him.
