It's Okay, Daddy's Girl

Daddy's girl, Chae-ryung, comes back from studying abroad. Chae-ryung's friend, Jong-seok, pulls a stint to try and win Chae-ryung's love.

After Jong-seok's plan goes terribly wrong, he and his accomplice, Duk Gi, get into a large fight that results in a serious head injury. Chae-ryung's mother tries to find a match for her eldest daughter, Ae-ryung.

Duk Gi's fight with Jong-seok and the head injury lead to his death, which causes the police to suspect Chae-ryung's father as the murderer.

Stressed and shocked by the prospect of being a murderer, Chae-ryung's father, Ki-Hwon gets rushed to the hospital after suffering from an aneurysm.

As Ae-ryung and Jin-gu prepare for their wedding, Duk Gi's brothers, Wook Gi and Hyuk Gi, agree that there is something odd about Duk Gi's case and decide to get to the bottom of it.

Everyone continues dealing with Ki-Hwon's condition. Hyuk Gi tells Chae-ryung to stop moping and find a job to help her family.

Ae-ryung deals with problems from Jin-gu's family while Chae-ryung starts a new job. Ae-ryung notices that Chae-ryung is treating Hyuk Gi badly and yells at her to change her attitude.

An anonymous tipper calls the police to report Ki-Hwon missing. The family tries to move Ki-Hwon into a nursing home while Chae-ryung finds another job where Hyuk Gi coincidentally works at.

After Jong-seok rear ends Hee-jae's car, breaks Dong-bo's tailbone, and tries to run Hyuk Gi over, Hyuk Gi begins to suspect Jong-seok's involvement in Duk Gi's death. Ae-ryung debates whether or not to stay with Jin-gu.

Ki-Hwon's trial looms over everyone's heads as Hyuk Gi and Wook Gi unearth more evidence pinning Jong-seok as their brother's killer. Jong-seok is accused of a hit-and-run as well as manslaughter.
