Elizabeth lives a marriage of convenience with sadistic playboy Victor, who is the heir of a huge inheritance. While no longer in love, divorce is out of the question, as a prenuptial contract would leave Elizabeth with nothing. A plot to poison Victor with an experimental drug ensues but it fails. During his autopsy, Victor awakens and seeks revenge using his private torture chamber.
