A year has passed since the war at Windbloom. Otome and the countries are working together. The land seems at peace, but a new danger threatens Windbloom and the relationship between Arika and Mashiro!

While searching for Mashiro, Arika is caught up in a bus-jacking incident. Things get worse when a mysterious creature known as a “Child” appears. Will they be able to get answers from the imprisoned Nagi?

Mashiro is trapped with no answers in the missing Black Valley with Mai and the others. Nina joins Nao in her investigations of hidden ruins and stumbles upon something that could help their current situation, but a Child stands in their way.
