Manchodu Sreenu (Nara Rohit) kidnapped Chief Minister (Kota Srinivasa Rao) when he visited an old-age home. Cops take Srikar (Sree Vishnu), who helped him kidnap CM. As cops strive to get clues about the kidnapper, Seenu has whacky yet valid demands that deal mainly with Indian currency and economy.
