It’s time for another tube chassis build as Ian turns a stack of tubes into a shorter trail chassis engineered from an award-winning KOH race rig. He also adds new axles and a complete transmission rebuild to get this Bomber fab project started off right.

The mockup on the trail chassis continues as Ian adds a motor and transmission to the build. Then, it's time to get axles underneath with a new third member so he can go four-wheel drive all the time.

Ian brings in a 1968 M715 to make it more reliable. He takes the body off the original chassis and stretches a Jeep JK chassis to make it fit. Then, he adds upgraded suspension, 1-ton axles and an LS engine to make it a truck that can fight any battle.

Since a TJ can be had for under 10K, Ian shows how to buy a Jeep on a budget and outfit it with everything needed to hit the rocks and still have money left over.

Ian takes a rusted-out 1960 Chevy Apache and takes off his favorite body panels to install over a 2005 long-bed Chevy. This mashup is going to be epic.

The Budget TJ gets some more parts. Ian updates the suspension with new coilovers. He adds new bumpers front and rear, and by the end of the day, this TJ is trail ready.

For the first time, Ian brings in the brand-new Bronco for some chop, cut and rebuild. We'll see how far he can take this new platform truck and make it custom.

The Toyota Ian transformed last year is back for an engine swap. He takes out the tired old factory four cylinder and drops in an overpowered V8 Toyota engine.
