Musti asks permission from his mom to go out and play. While he goes outside to play, he has conversation with Frog, Duck and Mr. Rabin regarding rain. When Tortoise informs Musti that Mr. Doggy is facing problem as his Dog house was sunk due to rain water, Musti helps Mr. Doggy.
