Life on Mar's: The Home Makeover Show

Meet the Breslin family, new to Fairfield CT, and their fixer-upper back yard and guest cottage. Mar thinks he's all set after they move in to the main house, but when he agrees to work on their outdoor living spaces he has no idea what he's in for. But the transformation leaves them amazed. This time: updating and reworking an entire side of the house: fireplace, mantel, hearth & chimney. Plus new patio, landscaping, outdoor furnishings & accessories. In a twist, Mar hands off the final reveal to Team Mar, will it be up to standards?

It's definitely fireplace weather in New England, and Mar has got that covered-outdoors, too! While Mar's colleague Paul is away on business, Mar goes into overdrive to transform Rosebrook Gardens. And local resources pull together to make it happen. New windows and doors, terrace, fire pit, furniture, and landscaping. It's a transformation no one could have expected, especially Paul.

Learning about Greystone: With Mar's own home's projects finally complete, it's time for him to get on to the newest big-scale project. Paul has cooked up a surprise: a wonderful new renovation project at a home called Greystone. It needs to be completely overhauled so its true potential can shine. But Paul hasn't told Mar everything and there is quite an unexpected discovery awaiting him.

The Renovation continues: Despite the extent of the work needed, the walls start to come down and a brand new, state-of-the-art home begins to rise in its place. There are a lot of moving parts to keep track of. The first completely finished rooms? 4 completely renovated bathrooms. Taking all 4 from down-to-the-studs to spa-like havens is no easy task but the results are Marvellous.

The big renovation of Greystone is at the turning point: time for Mar to turn his attention to creating or updating 4 bedrooms-each with their own en suite! No detail is too small to make it happen: move windows, closets, hallways-heck, move everything! It's a down-to-the-studs approach that he hopes will really pay off. Plus: Mar MC's a charity dance competition & takes the stage with celebs.
