Yuki Sakurai is plagued with the strangest dreams and an appearance of frightening notes. Weirder things start occurring when he tries to help out a struggling classmate but ends up in a trap! Luckily, he is saved by a mysterious stranger.

After spending his life at Asahi Orphanage, Yuki is suddenly visited by a man claiming to be his brother. While deciding if he should live with family or stay, Yuki begins to lose control of his powers until his mysterious savior appears again.

Learning of the Giou clan and Duras leaves Yuki confused and shaken, but not quite ready to leave with them. Zess warns him to stay inside during the night of the blood-red moon—the Walpurgis Night. But when the red moon rises, danger comes with it.

A Mid-Villain has taken over Uzuki and attacks Yuki. Tsukumo saves him but is dealt a deadly blow. Facing the danger of death, Zess jumps in, but the Duras reveals what he is. Can a betrayer be trusted or will Yuki’s power finally awaken and protect them?

Kuroto tries to get Senshiro to quit being a Zweilt, to stay away from fighting Cadenza. But when Yuki leaves the grounds to seek out Luka, he finds himself in Cadenza’s trap. Kuroto and Senshiro must fight the Duras responsible for all their grief.

After Reiga’s sudden appearance, Yuki and the Zweilts learn a crucial detail about their enemy. The rest of their allies make their way to the battle, but can they get there in time? Or does Reiga intend to protect Yuki rather than kill him?

After Reiga retreats, the Zweilts and Luka wait as Yuki recovers from using his powers, dwelling on what their next move must be. But despite Reiga’s orders, the Duras have other plans and attack.
