How can I steam the NFL Wild Card game?

Next, ensure that you are running the latest version of the Prime Video app on your device. If you’re experiencing issues with choppy video motion, we recommend turning the Motion setting on your TV to Off. This setting might have a different name depending on your TV manufacturer. Some alternate names include Auto Motion Plus, TruMotion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture. If you see “this video is unavailable” or "unavailable due to regional restrictions" appears on your screen, that means the game isn't available in your area due to regional or national broadcast rights. If "enable location for event availability" appears on your mobile device, location services might be turned off. To fix this, go to your device's settings and turn on location services for Prime Video. If you have antivirus software, make sure it doesn't block Prime Video from accessing location services.
