Hidamari Sketch

Once school lets out for the day, Yuno and Miyako go play in the school. After they're done playing, they go to Hiro's apartment because Yuno wants to thank her for lunch.

Yuno's class has been given the assignment of designing the new sign for the Hidamari Apartments. Sae makes a discovery about Miyako that sends her on a mission.

The class assignment for the day starts out as a strange sketch project, that turns even weirder. Later, the girls hang out in Miyako's apartment.

The day's class assignment is to sketch something from outside. Later, Yuno and her friends go to a karaoke bar.

Yuno misses school due to an pretty bad cold, and has some interesting dreams while she rests. Meanwhile, her friends try to help her get well.

As exams finish up and summer vacation rounds the bend, the group sets out to enjoy it! However, Yuno needs to learn how to swim.

A typhoon causes the Sports Festival to be rescheduled! After, the girls worry about Miyako's safety due to the inclimate weather possibly causing fires.

The deadline for Sae's next book is fast approaching, so she does the logical thing and hides from her editor.

Yuno notices when a man drops something, and she returns it to him. In appreciation for this, he gives Yuno four lottery tickets.

Yuno falls asleep before she can finish her painting, but Miyako enters the painting into the school's Cultural Festival gallery anyway!

The day's art lesson leads the class to the zoo to sketch some animals! Ms. Yoshinoya tries to make the trip more lively, but ends up ill.

On Christmas Eve, Sae's younger sister Chika comes to visit. Sae, Yuno, Miyako, and Hiro show Chika around Yuno's school.
