When one of House's team is injured during an encounter with a violent patient, Foreman's mentor Dr. Walter Cofield reviews the incident and must sort out the truth from the embellishments.

Chase takes on the case of a nun who is about to take her vows and change her life, and through the treatment, the two make a connection that tests their faith and reason. But when her condition worsens, Chase's judgment is compromised.
