Writer and comedian Sara Pascoe returns with her unique and delightful travel documentary, unearthing and then learning how to do the world’s most endangered jobs. In Greece, she meets the last monk in a monastery, a family of traditional church bell makers and some villagers who communicate over massive distances by whistling to each other. But can Sara master this unique skill?

Writer and comedian Sara Pascoe continues her adventures, travelling to Scandinavia and determined to sniff out the skills and occupations in danger of vanishing. In Denmark, she learns how to build bricks effectively from a Lego master, makes a roof out of seaweed with a unique group of traditional thatchers and has a stab at tattooing strangers in Copenhagen.

As the world changes, some jobs are adapting or being lost forever. Comedian Sara Pascoe continues her adventure to seek out these endangered occupations. In the Middle Eastern nation of Jordan, Sara learns how to be a Dead Sea lifeguard, overnights in the desert with a family of Bedouin herders on the lookout for dangerous animals and learns how to construct traditional daggers.
