The sudden death of a patient leads the police to the doctor who refused to treat him. Investigation takes a different turn with multiple suspects on the table, thereby making the job of these very intelligent and smart police officers more difficult. On the table is also the real reason behind his firm refusal to attend to this patient, risking losing his job, license and freedom.
